-General speed variation
-Response change speed
-Changes in start-up speed (this will affect driving speed and crazy changes in CPU)
-Change the flow effect of FK and CK (increase the difficulty of free throw, only applicable to A.I.)
-Ball friction change
-From midfield, zoom in the second penalty room
-I also changed some values that make short actions faster when players perform animation, which is not uncommon for games, but I want to add these values.
