Version 1.3：
- Corrected constant_team.bin for the missing goal chances from the CPU

Version 1.2
- Added some new values into the exe for more passing mistakes from CPU
- Updated the database for the new VirtuaRED v4
- Updated the speedserver module for the exe 1.07.01 (please tell me if you still experience some stutters)

Version 1.1
- Switched to the new exe "New Football Game" Normal by @Holland + Golden values by @incas36
- Removed the double version of the dt, now there will be just one cpk/gameplay loader folder
- Adjusted dribblings according to the new exe's rhythm
- CPU follows their assigned tactics more than before
- Updated speedserver.lua according to the new exe version 1.07.01

使用方法：
1、下载解压缩
2、将文件复制到PES2021文件夹下 。（注意备份原文件）
