1- 2229 players added since last season across all continents reaching around 5740 players on top of Smoke 21.4.5 (see players added note for details on new adds and Inferno 2023 Mega Database excel file)

2- 41 teams added (see teams added note below): all promoted teams in Europe as well as the really entertaining Bodo Glimt, Viktoria Plzen who made the UCL, AEK Larnaca in the UEL and Maccabi Haifa in the UCL;
Charlotte, Austin, Montreal and Philadelphia from the MLS were added to other Latin American teams. You can swap any teams from the MLS with them depending on your preferences. In Japan, Jubilo Iwata and Kyoto Sanga were aded.

Note that Inferno does not provide kits or faces or stadiums for the added teams. Counting on the rest of the community for this. All kits, faces and stadiums can be added via the sider ********

3- Competition entry updated to reflect promotion/relgation as well as supercup contenders by league

4- Transfers (>4000) and loans (>900) based on transfermarkt data
**** The rule is if a player is out on a loan in a team not in the game, he is left in his parent team instead of being sent to free agents ****

5- Stats review based on sofifa and change in market value since Jan 1st by transfermarkt

6- Real formations for all European teams (not tactics) based on August/Sep fixtures, also based on transfermarkt, with lineups set by default to "by ability" via the EDIT. Note that all team edits are in the EDIT.

**** If you see a --- in the edit menu within game plan or roster lineup or if the starting lineup looks off (e.g. GK or CF as MF), please go and deactivate "by ability" within game plan then reactivate it. This happens because formations might by distorted following transfers out of the team *******

7- Thousands of other updates to player positions, kit numbers, market values, skills, playing styles, appearances, left/right foot, age (generally set to +1 from last year so there is a margin of error of 1 year)
